I sure do see a lot "sisters" (9) and Jesuit priests (18) listed as being the president of these schools. Both groups have long been accused of representing a more "left leaning" ideology within the Church. Since 25% of the schools on this list are lead by representatives from those groups, it certainly makes me wonder if there is good reason for the accusation.

The tragedy is that many who profess to be Catholic are only Catholic, they have never experienced Jesus in their life in any dramatic or meaningful way. When a person discovers that Jesus is actually a friend who loves them, as well as being one with the Father, then their life will change. I have read that some 200,000 'former' homosexuals and lesbians have been healed and are no longer 'gay' not they ever have been. The Bible says that "God is no respecter of persons" so anything he can do for one he can do for another. "It also says "Seek Me with all your heart, and you will find Me, and I will give you the desires of your heart." Because we have not done this God is going to chastise not just this nation but the world. What is coming will not be the end of the world but the next two decades will seem like it. Lastly the scriptures also say, "Seek the Lord while He may be found" and I would recommend this to all, gay or straight. May God bless all who read this. In Jesus name...RP

There is a big difference between generosity and permissiveness. The former is a virtue but the latter a sin. If these Catholic organizations knowingly permit these sinful acts happen on their campus, they don't deserve to keep the Catholic identity.

I am an alumnus of two of the above schools. Why do you want to drive people away who may be positively influenced by Catholic education. Your drive appears to be counterproductive. The clubs were not there when I was a student (Jesuit undergrad and Franciscan grad), but they are likely to stimulate dialogue; something the Jesuit Fathers always told me was a good thing.

So many of the homosexual clubs use the word "Pride." Pride is what caused Lucifer to fall. Pride is the trick Lucifer used when he tempted Adam and Eve to fall from Grace. Now Lucifer is using it to trick naive students into a disgraceful lifestyle, promoted by Hollywood and now their schools and colleges. If colleges that are Catholic can't teach and guide using God's Truth.... how can they call themselves "Catholic"? They are "blind" guides!

Shame on these catholic (note not Catholic) colleges. Their founders would be horrified to see the deterioration of the principles for which they were created. To be seen as "all inclusive" in order to receive federal and/or state aid is a sell out. How easily they were obviously corrupted for financial gain and the result will come back to haunt them eventually. It sickens ME but THEY will soon be on "life support" and in need of spiritual healing.

And I disagree with Lon. The Jesuits have become so arrogant thinking they are above everything. Stimulating dialogue is good but if it is meant to cater to what people want to hear then the identity of true Catholicism is lost.
