The latest video released by the Marriage Anti-Defamation Alliance reports how Daniel Glowacki, a 16-year-old junior at Howell High School in Michigan, was persecuted for refusing to go along with the homosexual agenda in class.
Daniel’s economics teacher, Jay McDowell, queried his students about their position regarding homosexuality. As a Catholic, Daniel responded that he followed Church teaching on the issue.

According to the interview, the pro-homosexual teacher had a fit. “He said we lost our right to free speech when we stepped inside his classroom,” said Daniel Glowacki. “I’ve never really been yelled at by a teacher like that before, so when he started yelling at me, I was just kind of in shock.”
The Thomas More Law Center is representing the boy in a lawsuit against the local school district and the offending teacher.
There are other incidents worthy of mention. A 14-year-old girl in Maryland, Sarah Crank, received death threats for testifying in favor of traditional marriage and TFP Student Action volunteers released a 17-minute video documentary called Attacked by "Tolerance," highlighting cases of pro-homosexual violence experienced during peaceful rallies for God-ordained marriage.

The school board should have fired that teacher. That sort of thing has no place in the classroom. Interesting how the teacher has a right to free speech but no one else does. This IS a REPUBLIC and it's supposed to be governed by law and the Constitution. This young man has a legal right to stand up for what he believes. Those who have slandered him and his mother should be held accountable.
We should ALL contact the School and DEMAND that Jay McDowell be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY!

I had to actually delete my FaceBook because of people including Catholic friends criticizing and attacking me about church teachings on the matter. know that you are not alone God is with you and smiling down on you for standing up for him and his church. I am a teacher of over 30 years and I would never consider putting down or bullying a student for their beliefs or opinions even though they were not mine.
The teacher must be an example of tolerance and respect for freedom and freedom of speech with dignity (for all).
Sorry that you and your mother have to go through this. We are all being tested and you came out with flying colors. GOD is smiling!!! I do hope and pray that this teacher will be fired along with principal and school board. Our opinions are freedom of speech; what happened?

I am proud of you for standing up to for your beliefs, not arguing, and walking out of that classroom. It is unfortunate that the teacher and other students had to lie about what really happened in the classroom in order to look good, but you were and are the better person. You accept that there are people who do not really understand the immorality about the homosexual lifestyle and that will never change, but just because they do not understand, does not mean that you need to change what you say, do or believe to make them feel like what they are doing or believe in is not wrong. There is such a thing as right and wrong, good and evil, but people are trying to ignore all of that and want others to accept their sins and immoral behavior when it is wrong. Please always remember that God is on your side and He faced way more than what you are facing. He will make you stronger and stand by your side, especially when you are defending Him.
I am appalled to hear of this. So many people in our world are living for Satan, and he fights mean and dirty and underhanded! It will only become more difficult to stand up for Christ in the days to come, but we are very near the end so hang in there. God will be with you always, just as he was with the Prophets but that does not keep EVIl from coming after God's chosen one's , in fact it's just the opposite. Satan doesn't go after what he already has.

As to the post by church v state on 5/155 at 11:55, baloney: It was not a case of a teacher "having a bad day," it was a case of a homosexual or homosexualist following the plan laid out with the purpose of making homosexuality look like just another way of living, when in fact, it is a perversion that spreads disease.

This is unbelievable. A real teacher does not put his or her ideals ahead of their vocation, which is to assure that ALL of their students learn the subject matter that they are required to teach. This teacher's reaction is a classic example of his own regret and embarrassment of the sin that he is living in. We must pray for him. Stay strong in your faith Daniel and I am praying for you.

Do not let this in any way interfere with you pursuit of an education. You and your mother have both taken a very gutsy stance on this issue. I only wish this teacher could be dismissed because what he did was in no way the act of a competent educator. Where is his tolerance for other opinions? To say that you do not have a right to express your free speech in his class is a very ignorant statement. Hateful rhetoric for the values of Catholic and other Christians is becoming acceptable in this country, and we all need to stand up for who we are immediately. Economics as a course should in no way be addressing issues of sexuality. I sincerely hope that appropriate legal action is brought against this person before he victimizes someone else. If you are feeling traumatized in any way by this experience, there are obviously many people out there available for support. I hate to see a cowardly adult use their position of power to bully a youth.

As a mother and teacher I share your sentiments and thoughts. This teacher has gone too far since he has made you Daniel a target for future bullying not only at school by in other places. I know you don't want your son to be attacked, but I believe it is important for you to start thinking of this in another way. Don't ever give up. In 1995 and 2000 as a teacher I was suspended without pay for one week each time for standing up for my religious convictions as a Roman Catholic. The NEA, MTA teacher's union supports abortion rights and condom distribution, so the law does allow me to give my union dues to a charity instead of the union. I refused payment to them and was suspended. I ended up going to U.S. District Court and won my case. I was allowed to give my monies to a charity rather than support that union which supports abortion rights...with my money? No way. Good luck.

you are brave to stand up for what you know and belief to be true about homosexuality. The pro-homosexual has no REASON to stand up for their degraded lifestyle, hence, all they can do is spout hatred by calling you a bigot and racist. Ignore them and don't think too much of their name calling because you did nothing wrong, but feel sorry for them that they are shrouded in darkness and cannot find the light.

How long is this ridiculous situation going to develop before civilisation crumbles and anarchy ensues
Parents and concerned people must rise up against this man, his like and the schools who protect them lest our children spend their days in fear and misery and your own spent in distress for them
My English is poor. However, I want to write some words to encourage you and express my appreciation to you.
You are right! Pro-family is a right action & attitude.
You are great since you defend christian morals!
You absolutely did the right thing by witnessing to Christ and to your Catholic faith. Your teacher asked you the question and you answered it according to your belief, which I am sure is much more informed than his, thanks to your mother bringing you up in the faith. Your teacher is on this earth because he was loved into existence by God. His every breath is granted by God, and yet he feels he is his own God, picking and choosing his own moral code -- the one he is the most comfortable with. This is what most people do when they want nothing demanded or expected of them. This whole attitude is born out of a false ego, an inflated sense of self, and pure human laziness. He wants what he wants and will probably never pick up a Bible or the Catachism of the Catholic Church to understand the teachings of the apostolic faith which has been handed down through the generations directly from Christ for 2000 years! Very few things last that long unless they are absolutely true.

The only way this agenda will win overall is through lies. Any contradiction threatens them and instead of using logic and striving to find more ways of legitimately defending their beliefs or countering you in debate, they resort to lies, b/c they know that's all they can win with. He got the jump on you, b/c he knew that was the way to win, both for the cause and to look good (fearing his stance may be challenged). .......
.....He got the jump on you by winning over the media in reaching out on to them over a hot topic that many are conditioned through repetition to support. No one is allowed to hold beliefs that are not of popular opinion or you are a bigot. Thank you for holding true to them anyway, esp. at an age where you are already challenged in confidence (high school are genuinely the toughest years).
May God bless you and your loved ones with the graces you need to carry this cross and stand true for what He asks of us. Thank you for your witness in this relativistic society.

Great, humble act. As a teacher, I'm disappointed at his self-righteous behavior and hope he gets justice in this world- we KNOW he will in heaven. You did the brave, correct thing! God was with you, and still is. May we all be as humble, brave and truthful as you are! God Bless You!
Congratulations!! Do not be afraid to stand up to these biased, distorted, sick individuals who attempt to force their beliefs on a young man in a classroom that is supposed to be unbiased and encourage a free exchange of ideas. God bless and good luck. This teacher should be dismissed immediately!

You must be realizing by now that your with, and subsequent harassment due to a bigoted teacher who was way out of line, and should be relieved of his position if he maintains such classroom behavior.
The teacher had NO right to bring up this subject in an Economics class. You were totally right to voice your faith belief and that should have ended it.
I will tell you this in utter confidence. You have the Truth on your side, because you are thinking the way God Thinks. This is why the rabid homosexual mind gets furious when confronted with the Truth. They can not bear to face the fact they are wrong. I spent most of my adult life as a therapist and can tell you that pride is at the core of prejudice and hate.
Let's pray for Mr. McDowell.
In the meantime, stay true to your Catholic beliefs and practices. They will be of real help to you in this life and carry you to heaven.
